Despite the circumstances we are going through today there has been progress in ASIA-CLEAN project and future steps will be taken promptly.

Entering the Malaysian market

We travelled from February 7 to February 17 in Kuala Lumpur. A total of 17 different meetings took place during the week and we established very good contacts at government and private level.

We have good contacts in the following organizations: Salcon Petroleum, Embassy of Finland, Business Finland, Invest Selangor, Invest KL, MIDA’s Green Technology Division, MATRADE and others. In the future, we will be introduced to ports, state-run smart city areas, energy companies and more.

The next visit to Malaysia is scheduled for October 5-9 when there will be 2 major conferences in KL,  SCA20 and IGEM.

  • SMART CITIES ASIA 2020 (SCA20) 6 – 7 Oct 2020, Connexion @ Nexus, Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur
  • IGEM 2020 – INTERNATIONAL GREENTECH & ECO PRODUCTS EXHIBITION & CONFERENCE MALAYSIA 7 – 9 Oct 2020, Kuala Lumpur Convention Center
