Hello green technology company, Join the FINESTJAPAN – Japan Export Promotion Project!

The next joint export mission for companies to Japan will take place from April 22 to 28, 2026! Japan is the world’s fourth-largest economy, and the demand for green technology solutions is on the rise there. The market potential is very high. The conditions for exports from the EU to Japan are good, and there is interest in the Nordic countries. The main goal of the project is to generate new business or collaboration agreements for the participating companies.

Are you a Finnish or Estonian green-tech SME company interested in starting new activities in the Japanese market?The FINESTJAPAN-project is calling for Finnish and Estonian GreenTech-SME´s to join now! The next trade mission to Japan will be on the 22th-28th April 2026!

The project invites Finnish and Estonian greentech & healthtech SMEs interested in Japanese markets to join now. The main aim is to achieve new business deals for the companies participating in the project. A secondary target is to introduce marketing or organizational innovation in the Japanese market for the companies, such as e.g. applying a new marketing approach or hiring a Japanese market-specific employee. The committed company’s mission to Japan may be partly supported by the project. The committed SMEs will also gain knowledge of the Japanese business culture and obtain visibility in Japan together with our group of participating companies.

What kind of target companies FINESTJAPAN project is seeking?

The project focuses on Green-tech widely, e.g. reducing carbon emissions, energy efficiency, sustainable construction, environmentally friendly products and services, smart city, resource-wise circular economy. Even health tech could be included. Companies having activity in the Central Baltic region, e.g. Finland and Estonia are preferred. Companies should have an existing product or service, and interest to make a deal to start exporting it to Japan.

What FINESTJAPAN can offer to committed companies?

Coaching of the Japanese business culture and market.

Prepare for the business mission in advance with expert “sparring”.

Networking with other companies interested in Japan.

The above would be free of charge for the companies.

The company can get on the Business-mission to Japan (2025-2026).

Partial support for travel costs.

Business-expert work (with limited hours) to help you to reach a deal in Japan: Japanese business expert Ciriot Inc. will be available to help the committed company in achieving a new deal in Japan.
