DeskMe Ltd from Finland initiates its first pilot in Japan with the help of the FINESTJAPAN project. The Osaka Business Development Agency is supporting a pilot project by the Finnish startup DeskMe Ltd.

This project involves the implementation and demonstration of a reservation and management system for shared offices and workspaces. The demonstration experiment began on May 11, 2026, at the startup support facility “Osaka Innovation Hub (OIH)” located in Kita Ward, Osaka. The OIH is a popular and centrally located office space used by many Osaka-based startups.

Vitaly Stokman, the CEO of DeskMe, introduced their products on-site in Osaka on the FINESTJAPAN project’s trade mission in autumn 2025. After that he has actively advanced the project locally in Osaka, including on-site discussions and 3D mapping. The Osaka-based consulting company Ciriot has been helping DeskMe with the process, on assignment by the FINESTJAPAN.

FINESTJAPAN Boosting the Central Baltic cleantech exports to Japan is an European Union co-funded development project running during 2024-2027 led by Green Net Finland and Tehnopol Science and Business Park.
